Thai Hom Mali rice is a jasmine rice from the strain Dok Mali 105. Thai hom mali is the champagne under the jasmine varities. Before cooking and during the cooking you can smell the flavour of the rice. The taste is delicious with many Asian dishes. The rice is very tender and grain is slim and long. Thai Hom Mali is a rice for celebrations.
